For Paul Thomson, the road to becoming Broker Associate at Waterfront Properties & Club Communities in North Palm Beach began in 1987 after attending college at Florida State and Law School at Nova University. Growing up with both parents in the real estate business – his father a developer/broker and his mother also a broker – it wasn’t long before Paul followed in their footsteps.
A resident since 1963, Paul has a diverse selling location including large oceanfront estates, Intracoastal and canal homes with ocean access, and golf course estates in communities such as Cypress Island, The Bear’s Club, Frenchman’s Creek, Bay Village, Hidden Key and Seminole Landing.
The business of selling real estate provides Paul with the opportunity to meet a wealth of new people. This is one of Paul’s favorite aspects of the job. “Almost every transaction affords an opportunity to meet someone new and interesting.
